Graduate Software Engineer (Immediate / September 2010)
Location: Cambridge, UK
Salary: £28-£30k package (£26-£28k salary + £2k signing bonus)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible hours
Start: Immediate / September 2010

Red Gate provides a modern and professional environment where you can learn from very talented software engineers and develop your skills. You will be working in small teams together with other software engineers, test engineers, usability experts, and technical authors to create elegant commercial software.
Most of your training will be on the job, from your manager and peers, but you will also be encouraged to complete relevant training courses. You may have the option to attend an international conference or trade show in your first year, to meet our customers and help you fully understand our products.
What we’re looking for:
We have too many applicants for our graduate jobs and we only recruit a few of the best to join the Red Gate development team. We are looking for an excellent academic background, preferably in Computer Science and a proven interest in software development. Every graduate we hired recently had significant coding experience outside of their coursework.
