We take testing very seriously at Red Gate. On every project, test engineers work with developers, usability specialists and technical authors from start to finish. Most of your training will be on the job, from your manager and peers, but you will also be encouraged to complete relevant training courses. You may have the option to attend an international conference or trade show in your first year, to meet our customers and help you fully understand our products.
